Paintball game, anyone?
Paintball is an exciting strategy/
war game (first played in New Hampshire in 1981) where players compete in teams or individually. In the game, players compete to eliminate opponents by hitting them with capsules containing paint (referred to as a paintball) from a gas-powered device called a
marker. The game is regularly played as a sporting event with worldwide leagues, tournaments, professional teams and players being organized almost everywhere. The game can be played indoors or outdoors in game fields scattered with natural or artificial barriers designed for optimal strategic plays among competitors.
Although a relatively new sports interest in the Philippines, paintball is fast gaining a huge following in the country. Paintball game fields can be seen sprouting like mushrooms everywhere.
And here's good news for local paintball enthusiasts! The second leg of the PAL (Paintball Asia League) Series International Paintball Championships will be held right here in the Philippines!
Dubbed as the
